Transporting your package

The packages
are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Deliveries are made by La Poste by Colissimo, or by Lettre Suivie for small items, delivered without signature. Please note that no shipments take place on weekends: your package or letter will therefore be sent the following Monday for any order placed from Friday at noon until
Sunday evening.

The costs
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may contain a fixed portion and a variable portion, depending on the weight of your order.

Withdrawal and returns

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product without penalty. The buyer must notify me of the return by email and return the item, after my agreement, within 14 days.

Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. The buyer will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return and after checking the condition of the item. The item returned by the buyer must be new with its original packaging and in a condition allowing it to be resold as new; if these conditions are not met, I may apply a discount or even refuse the return.
